Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to be confident in your CoralVolt purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for a return

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition with all original packaging, labels, and included hardware. Electrical components (capacitors, contactors, transformers, relays, etc.) that show signs of installation, wiring, electrical testing under load, or physical damage cannot be returned for safety and resale reasons. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at sales@coralvu.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions and the return address. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in return transit. If the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent, or item defective or damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns and is deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies when the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping — no restocking fee.
