Shipping policy

Free shipping on US orders over $35

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 shipped within the United States. Orders under $35 are charged a standard shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch for standard US shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Undeliverable or returned shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address provided at checkout), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for address errors.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or a package is significantly delayed, contact us at sales@coralvu.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
