Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of coralvolt.us and any purchase you make from CoralVolt. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact details, and to keep them current.

Products, specifications and pricing

We describe every component as accurately as we can, including capacitance, voltage, amperage, pole count and VA ratings. Screen colours and photographs are representative and may differ slightly from the item shipped. Specifications may change as suppliers revise their designs; the ratings printed on the component itself govern.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept it in whole or in part, or decline it — including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a listing contained an error. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship it.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes, destinations and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, timeframes, restocking fees and who pays return shipping are set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Installation, suitability and safety

The components we sell are electrical parts for HVAC equipment. They carry live voltage, and capacitors store a charge after power is disconnected. Installation should be carried out by a qualified HVAC technician in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions and all applicable electrical codes.

You are responsible for confirming that a part matches your equipment — capacitance, voltage rating, coil voltage, pole configuration, VA rating and physical fitment. Any cross-reference or replacement information we provide is offered as guidance only and does not guarantee compatibility. If you are unsure, contact us or consult a licensed technician before ordering.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are supplied with any manufacturer warranty that accompanies them. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoralVolt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, equipment damage, or costs arising from improper installation or incorrect part selection. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, photography, logos and design are owned by CoralVolt or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Manufacturer names and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
